Differences from other templates

• Instead of having to bother duplicating every month, you can immediately create a household account book for the month you want by simply clicking New in the monthly household account book.
• By creating and connecting cards and accounts, you can enter and manage information for each card and account.

Other Features

• Analysis of reasons for consumptionBy dividing it into general expenses / overspending / anger expenses / other necessary expenses, you can check how much you overspend and make a plan for next month.
• ChartYou can analyze how your money is managed each month through spending patterns, reasons for spending, and income charts.
• Fixed CostYou can collect only monthly fixed expenses such as installments/subscriptions/insurance and manage them separately.

How to use 🔢

Specific usage instructions are explained in callouts (colored boxes) within the template.

1. First, enter the account and card information you mainly use in account & card management. When writing a household account book, you will connect it and record it.
2. Create a new page from the “Monthly Household Book” table below and give it a title as the month’s Household Book.
3. Fixed cost items are separate from the household account book! Use this when you want to manage fixed costs separately.
